Kerry and Audrey decided to ride the coastal trail leading north from Maraetai this morning, and they invited me to tag along.
It was nice and sunny when we got out of the car, but about 10 minutes after I took this photo we stopped and put coats on due to the biting wind. Once suitably attired we enjoyed the ride through Omana Regional Park and past the sports fields at Te Puru Park.
I wouldn’t say I was exhausted when we arrived back at the car, but I had certainly burned enough calories to enjoy lunch in the cafe.
